By accessing, registering on, or using the phspain platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you ("the Player," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with phspain's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the phspain platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

phspain reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued access to and use of phspain following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to the phspain platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis for as long as you maintain an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phspain or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or technology and game supply partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by phspain or any PAGCOR-regulated entity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a natural person and not on behalf of any corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

phspain reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information in connection with your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of account balances and referral to PAGCOR.

To access real-money gaming features on phspain, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

The following conditions apply to all phspain accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one phspain account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used to register them.
• Account non-transferability: Your phspain account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number. Fictitious or borrowed identities are strictly prohibited.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. phspain recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify phspain immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

All financial transactions on phspain are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phspain supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, ShopeePay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, select cryptocurrency networks, and 7-Eleven CliQQ over-the-counter payments.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• Verification holds: phspain reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal pending KYC document verification or fraud review. Players will be notified of any such hold via email or in-platform notification.
• Transaction limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Current limits are displayed in your account settings panel.

phspain does not charge internal processing fees on standard GCash and PayMaya transactions. Fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside phspain's control and may be deducted before funds reach your account or payment destination.

phspain may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific Terms, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Applicable wagering multiples are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity periods: Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited from your account.
• Game restrictions: Certain game categories — including live dealer games, specific slot titles, or sports betting markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise specified, phspain players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Requesting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse and exploitation: phspain monitors bonus usage patterns. Any player found to be abusing bonuses through arbitrage, pattern betting, collusion, or any other form of bonus exploitation will have their account suspended and all associated bonus winnings voided.

All bets placed on phspain are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market, which are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all wagering activities:

• A bet is considered final and binding once confirmed by the phspain system and a bet reference number has been issued.
• phspain reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an evident error in odds, pricing, or game parameters — including technical errors that resulted in abnormal payouts.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sports event, phspain's decision, made in good faith and consistent with available official data, shall be final and binding.
• Bet limits — including minimum and maximum stake amounts per selection — are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may change without prior notice.
• phspain does not accept bets from players who have knowledge of a fixed or corrupt event. Any winnings derived from such bets will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.
• In the event of system malfunction, network failure, or any technical disruption that affects game integrity, phspain reserves the right to declare affected bets void and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phspain platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by phspain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) or PAGCOR AML guidelines.
• Colluding with other players, phspain staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a bug or error must report it to [email protected] and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Accessing or attempting to access any phspain account other than your own.
• Using the platform in connection with any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity under Philippine law.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward phspain staff or other players via any communication channel.

phspain is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the Philippines and complying with all PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set and reduce at any time through your account settings.
• Session time limits: Automatic session timeout settings that limit the duration of a single gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours.
• Reality checks: Optional on-screen notifications reminding you of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. phspain strongly advises all players never to wager more than they can afford to lose. phspain does not extend credit to players and does not encourage borrowing funds for the purpose of gambling.

All content on the phspain platform — including but not limited to the phspain brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of phspain or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phspain platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any phspain content without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phspain software or platform component.
• Use the phspain brand, logo, or any other phspain intellectual property in connection with any third-party product, service, or platform without explicit written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's applicable licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phspain's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phspain account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phspain shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account history or betting records.
• Losses arising from network disruptions, internet outages, or hardware failures outside phspain's direct control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Either party may terminate a phspain account in accordance with the following provisions:

Termination by the Player: You may close your phspain account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to your designated payment method after completion of any applicable KYC review.

Termination by phspain: phspain reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 07.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, phspain reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, phspain may forfeit the account balance in whole or in part.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or as otherwise directed by PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework where applicable.

phspain reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements, changes to the phspain platform or service offering, industry best practice updates, or for any other reason at phspain's discretion.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a notice displayed prominently on the phspain platform for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of phspain after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If any amendment is unacceptable to you, your sole recourse is to close your phspain account in accordance with Section 11.
